The observatory is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is a qualified technical service on site that can make the necessary repairs or adjustments. The typical response time to reporting a failure is 24 hours, but usually it is much shorter. We recommend online cooperation via WhatsUp Chat with the service in order to fix the failure. 


Each of the domes has the ability to remotely reset the power supply of selected components and the computer.

We do not advocate making repairs at night because of the danger of equipment damage.
We speak Polish and English.
